We want you to find more than a game.
From the Convoke team
We created Convoke to bring people together through Magic. The plays are fun, but so are the conversations between turns, the shared jokes, and hearing “that was super fun?” at the end of a game.
Guilds give those connections a place to grow. We want to help MTG communities thrive, with familiar faces, shared expectations, and people who care about keeping their tables safe and fun.
We’re a super small team and we know that a community understands its own players best. We’ve built tools for Guild owners, admins, and moderators to look after their members and respond to problems in their own space at their own pace.
Our hope? The people you meet tonight become the friends you play with next week and the one after that.

What is a Convoke Guild?
A guild is your regular MTG playgroup on Convoke — a community you join on purpose so you can play with the same people, set your own join rules, and moderate your own space.
How do guilds help keep play welcoming?
Guild owners, admins, and moderators can review reports and manage their own members. Along with clear join rules, these tools help communities look after their players and build a safer, friendlier place to play.
How do guilds help me find people to play with?
Browse the guild directory, join with clear rules, or create your own and invite friends. A regular playgroup makes it easier to sit down with people you already trust — and that is how genuine friendships form.
Can I create my own guild?
Yes. Any signed-in player can create a guild, choose open, approval, or invite-only join modes, optionally require Discord membership, and invite friends.
Can guilds host tournaments?
Yes. Challenge another guild to a Guild War, or run an internal league or tournament for your own members. Players self-register and play on Convoke tables.
